Hi! I’m Dr. Beth.

For the first 30 years of my life, I struggled with my weight. 

I was teased mercilessly and shamed for the way that I looked. 

Like so many people, I felt uncomfortable in my own skin but didn’t feel like I knew what to do about it. 

Everyone talked about exercising often and eating right, but none of those things felt achievable or even desirable in the busyness of life as I went through school , working hard to become a Pharmacist. I was so busy doing what I’d always been doing that I almost missed my wakeup call entirely.

It wasn’t until I faced some scary health complications that I really started to work on making change. 

I woke up one day and decided that I was going lose the weight that was literally and figuratively holding me back. I was going to do it for me.

I started leveraging everything I’d learned about nutrition to lose weight — and I haven’t looked back since.

In fact, I not only lost the weight, but kept it off for the past eight years and counting. What lights me up? Helping women just like me to lose weight - not just to gain it all back again later, but to lose it and keep it off for good.
